lamb@omico.netChristopher M. Lamb is a principal and co-founder of Old Mission Investment Company and Old Mission Trust Company. Christopher earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and management from Albion College, Albion Michigan. He joined Prudential Securities in 1993 as a Financial Advisor and through a firm merger transitioned to Wachovia Securities as a Vice President of Investments. In 2000, he received his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Investment Management Consultant's Association following coursework and evaluation from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. In October of 2010, Christopher received his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers, demonstrating his competency in areas involving trust administration, and matters involving tax, probate and estate planning.
He is also a member of the investment committee at Old Mission Investment Company and Old Mission Trust, providing guidance in terms of security selection, asset allocation, and estate planning assistance to our clients. Christopher also is the Chairman of the Old Mission Trust Company Trust Committee. As a Certified Investment Management Analyst and Certified Trust Financial Advisor he is required to attend 40 hours of continuing education every two years in order to maintain his certification. This continuing education must be in areas of institutional consulting, wealth management, investment trends, and ethics. Christopher has served on the board of directors for Hospice and is a devoted sailor, both big boat and small, competing in both buoy racing and distance sailboat racing.

She joined the firm in 2014 following her employment with the Bank of Northern Michigan and The Bank of Holland as a small business lending specialist. Carey also served as a credit analyst for the Bank of Holland and a commercial loan specialist for Mercantile Bank of Michigan in Grand Rapids.
Carey is a graduate of Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with a Bachelor of Science degree in international business with a minor in economics. She was a four-year Dean's List member and International Economics Honors Society member during her tenure at Aquinas college. During her education she focused on relevant coursework such as financial and managerial accounting, financial management, personal finance, statistics, and micro, macro and international economic theory. Additionally, Carey spent time studying abroad at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain for purposes of pursuing studies in international economics and trade.
Carey serves on the Trust and Investment Committee for Old Mission Trust Company and provides specialized client services for purposes of trust administration, financial planning, tax matters, and client reporting functions. Additionally Carey serves as a wealth manager and presently holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, demonstrating proficiency and expertise in areas involving financial planning, estate and trust planning, investment management, tax and insurance matters.

johnson@omico.netJeffrey A. Johnson is a Principal and Co-Founder of Old Mission Investment Company and Old Mission Trust Company. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and finance in 1989. He subsequently started with Prudential Securities as a Financial Advisor, then becoming Branch Manager of the Traverse City Wachovia officer through a firm merger with Wachovia Securities in 2004.
Jeff also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Old Mission Investment Company and Old Mission Trust. Jeff is responsible for overseeing and managing our firm's regulatory environment. He ensures that Old Mission Investment Company and Old Mission Trust is complying with internal policies and procedures, the rules and regulations contained within the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and South Dakota banking laws and regulations as they relate to the operation of Old Mission Trust. Jeff is also a private pilot, commenting that he's been flying longer than he has been driving. Jeff and his family have lived in the Traverse City area since 1990.

Kurt completed his undergraduate education at Denison University, receiving his Bachelors of Arts degree in economics in 1985. Prior to co-founding Old Mission Investment Company, Kurt was a First Vice President of Investments at Wachovia Securities in Traverse City. He joined Prudential Securities in 1992 as a Financial Advisor.
Kurt is the Chief Information Officer at both Old Mission Investment Company and Old Mission Trust. He responsible for the information technology and client reporting segments of our companies. Kurt is responsible for client relationship management and asset allocation decisions as they relate to our client portfolios. Kurt also is a counselor to local small businesses. As a SCORE counselor, he has provided volunteer time to local small business in the Traverse City area. SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed. Kurt enjoys skiing, snowboarding, sailing and cycling in addition to an occasional round of golf.

wipperman@omico.netSusan Staffan Wipperman is a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer with Old Mission Investment and Trust. Susan graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) in finance. Susan continued her educational career by attending law school at Wayne State University earning her Juris Doctorate and passed the Michigan Bar exam in 1992. She then took a position at Deloitte & Touche in their tax department, before moving north and becoming a practicing attorney in Northern Michigan.
Susan joined Old Mission following her long-term employment as a Trust Officer with Fifth Third Bank in the Petoskey Michigan area. Her clients and relationships included private family trusts, individual investors, family foundations and endowments, and non-profit organizations. She will continue to specialize in service areas such as trust and estate administration, trust management, family wealth stewardship, and total wealth management through Old Mission.
She will serve as a Trust Officer through Old Mission working closely with family members and beneficiaries for purposes of servicing investment management relationships, and for providing estate settlement and continued trust administration for families and individuals. Susan will also serve on the Old Mission Trust and Investment Committee, responsible for the acceptance, review, and continued administration of trustrelated relationships.
Susan has been a longstanding member of the Harbor Springs and Mackinac Island communities since her childhood and has served on the boards of a number of local non-profit organizations. Additionally, she is an avid mountain and road cyclist and sailor. Susan has three boys, and appreciates the best Northern Michigan has to offer.

olshove@omico.netKeith Olshove is a Senior Vice President with Old Mission Investment Company, and serves as the Chairperson of the Retirement Plan Investment & Consulting Group. Keith provides corporate and not-for-profit retirement plan consulting services providing plan sponsors comprehensive advice in the following areas: investment advisory services including investment selection, monitoring and performance reporting, plan design consulting, vendor searches and proposal coordination, fiduciary best practices, as well as employee education services.
Keith earned his bachelors degree in finance from Western Michigan University after transferring from Northwestern Michigan College and also completed the Cannon Financial Institute's Trust School at Pepperdine University in California. Keith began his career as an investment advisor with a national brokerage firm in 1987. In 1991 he joined the trust department Northwestern Bank as a Personal Trust Officer. Keith was responsible for the formation and development of the bank's 401(k) and qualified plan services department. Under his leadership, they grew from a single plan to the largest full service 401(k) provider in northern Michigan; serving over 80 businesses with 6000 employees and assets in excess of $300 million. As the department's mutual fund specialist his responsibilities included the screening and selection of mutual funds for use across the department in personal accounts as well as 401(k) plans.
In addition, Keith serves on the Investment Committee of Old Mission Investment Company, and will join the Trust and Investment Committee of Old Mission Trust Company providing guidance in terms of security selection, manager search and evaluation, and asset allocation assistance to our clients. As a member of the Old Mission Investment and Trust Companies, Keith continues to pursue educational opportunities in the areas of institutional consulting, investment trends, and qualified plan administration. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is currently preparing for his final examination to earn the retirement plan industry's respected Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation. Keith is a long-term resident of the Traverse City. He is a charter member of the Traverse City Economics Club, a volunteer for the Junior Achievement educational outreach and appears regularly as a guest lecturer in the microeconomics classes at Northwestern Michigan College.
Keith enjoys skiing, golf, time on the water with his family and still tries to keep up with the young guys on the basketball court.

fitzpatrick@omico.netLindsay Fitzpatrick is a Vice President of Investments and Financial Planning with Old Mission Investment and Trust. She joined Old Mission Investment and Trust in 2019 following her employment with Rehmann Financial in Saginaw as an investment advisor and financial planner.
Lindsay is a 2010 graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Arts in hospitality business. She subsequently attended DePaul University in Chicago for purposes of completing the Certified Financial Planner program. Following completion, she continued her professional career to obtain her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2013 after meeting the educational, examination, professional experience and ethics requirements as set forth by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. As a Certified Financial Planner, Lindsay is required to maintain ongoing educational requirements in areas involving tax, estate and trust, insurance, liability management, investment management, and specialized goals-based planning.
She provides framework and advice for clients and families looking for structured financial guidance. She concentrates her efforts in areas involving comprehensive financial planning, retirement needs analysis, investment analysis, portfolio design, risk management and qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Tom received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota, magna cum laude, double majoring in economics and political science and was a University Scholar. He subsequently graduated with honors from the University of South Dakota School of Law where he was involved with the Trial Team and Law Review. He is a 2016 graduate of Leadership South Dakota. Tom serves on the Board of Directors for Old Mission trust Company, is a member of the trust and investment committee for Old Mission Trust Company and also serves as the firm's compliance advisor and consultant.
Tom was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He and his wife have two sons. Tom served for three years on the Board of the Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council and as Board Chair of the South Dakota Chapter of the Epilepsy Foundation.

galla@omico.netPamela Galla is a Client Service Specialist with Old Mission Investment and Trust. She joined Old Mission in 2017 following her employment with a local law firm in Traverse City, Michigan, as a legal assistant.
Her legal administrative background is substantial, spending almost 24 years as an administrative legal assistant working with matters involving estate, trust and probate documentation, and the various accountings that are required. Coming from a legal administrative background, Pam is responsible for preparing advisory documents, organization of trust-related documentation, preparation and organization of client files, and the general support of Old Mission Investment and Trust along with the advisors and staff. Pam is also a veteran, spending 4 years in the United States Air Force, serving as a jet engine mechanic.
Pam provides clients of Old Mission Investment and Trust with client service and branch support functions in Traverse City. Pam also provides specialized client services to clients of Old Mission Investment and Trust that include account administration, distribution processing, contributions, and retirement account administration.

livermore@omico.netTina Livermore is a Client Service Specialist with Old Mission Investment and Trust. She joined Old Mission in 2016 following her affiliation with Financial Services of Northern Michigan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Federal of Northern Michigan, a banking institution headquartered in Alpena, Michigan.
Her banking and financial experience runs deep, with experience at National Bank of Detroit (NBD), serving the bank as a customer services representative. She continued working in this capacity through the bank, eventually to be known as Bank One. Later, Tina assumed a position at Citizens Bank in Alpena in a similar role following a branch consolidation from Bank One to Citizens Bank. In 2007 she began working at the Bank of Alpena working into a role as an Assistant Branch Manager until the bank’s merger with First Federal of Northern Michigan in 2014.
In 2015, she accepted a position as an Office Administrator for the financial and investment division of First Federal of Northern, Financial Services of Northern Michigan, until joining Old Mission in 2016.
Tina provides clients of Old Mission Investment and Trust with client service and branch support functions. Tina also maintains and manages the Old Mission office in Alpena Michigan, in furtherance of a referral relationship between First Federal of Northern Michigan and Old Mission.
